Teams must reserve approved hotel rooms through our Housing department. We have negotiated special pricing and amenities, such as breakfast included, to make the process easy for you. Additionally, we implemented our housing department to help secure discounted rooms for the college coaches that attend our showcases. Therefore, it is mandatory, in order to remain approved for any of our showcases, that you must use our housing department if you are not a local team. We appreciate your participation and hope that this showcase will help your players earn their college scholarship.

We are in the process of contracting with the hotels for Plano, Round Rock and Longview. Some have been posted for Plano and Round Rock will be coming shortly.

For all your team’s housing needs for Plano Tournaments, please contact the Visit Plano Housing Manager at 972-941-5866. Approved hotels will not take reservations directly.
