You may also bring player/team brouchures/booklets to the tent to be left out for the College Coaches to review.
To view the game schedule for the upcoming showcase please click on the spreadsheet icon to the right.
This is the Official Schedule and there will be NO changes made to this schedule unless an obvious critical mistake is found. Complaints about scheduled game times, fields, opponents and/or complexes will NOT be considered to change the Official Schedule.
VALID CRITICAL MISTAKES A team is not scheduled for the minimum game guarantee. A team is scheduled for a back to back double header at two different complexes. A team is scheduled for a triple header. A team is scheduled to play another team more than once. A team drops out of the showcase.
If you find a CRITICAL mistake, then you must send the information about the mistake(s) ASAP to paulrose@eliteshowcase.com.
Please do not forget to have your players email your game times to the softball staff at the colleges that they are interested in attending. College Coaches do not usually just show up to watch a game unless they know there are players on that team that are interested in attending their institution.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to health concerns, cities have decided, in the interest of sanitation and virus control, that they will no longer provide or support community water coolers in the dugouts. Elite Sports has taken this seriously as well so please make sure your players are informed and that they bring their own drinks. Unless otherwise specified, teams are allowed to bring one cooler of drinks in for the dugout.
